A new $ 2.5 million program is now available to help SMEs across Nova Scotia attract more customers and grow sales in the digital economy.
Digital support programs for small businesses allow qualified businesses to connect with digital consultants up to $ 5,000 for services such as website development, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce tools. Digital Nova Scotia is currently managing a program based on the highly successful Tourism Digital Assistance Program in its second year.
“Entrepreneurship is alive in the state, and this program helps SMEs adapt to new norms and participate in our economic recovery,” said Labi Kousoulis, Minister of Comprehensive Economic Growth. “Digitalization can be daunting for small business owners, so having access to this type of expertise helps support the long-term survival and success of the company.”
Companies eligible for Small Business Impact Grant Part 3 are automatically eligible for the program. If capacity allows, the program will be extended to other businesses.
